reflections...

cami entered the pta reflections contest again this year.
she made it to the district level and won an honorable mention there.

the theme was:
"i can make a difference by..."

conserving water (she said)
and she took a picture of the faucet on the back of our house.

as i'm writing this she's been in the shower for 20 minutes.
i better go remind her of her cause.

What a great picture! Running water (rather than frozen water) makes me think of Spring...I think Cami is going to have her mama's talent! :)

i agree with shannon. cami's picture shows a lot of talent and wonderful composition.
the 20 minute shower reminds me of kial. do you think it's a 2nd child kind of thing? kial could stay in there for 45 minutes if i'd let her.
love ya!

That's a great picture...like mother like daughter.

And her being in the shower, cracked me up.

That is great. what an impressive idea to come up with, too.

she has learned early, how good a nice, hot, shower can feel!

I can't believe she didn't win the grand prize with that amazing picture. What a talent!

Love the picture, she did a wonderful job. I remember having to remind her to finish up in the shower. She's funny that way. I agree that she should have won first place.

I think its really thoughtful of a young girl to come up with such a beautiful idea for water..I'd imagine most kids wouldn't think of that. Very cool. and yes, 20 minutes in the shower is not exactly conservation-ish.

Oh, come on, I'm sure it has a water-saving shower head installed! :) Great job, Cami!
