I've seen that pan and wondered if it really works. Looks yummy!
I'm more of a middle brownie person, however I do like a soft yet crunchy edge sometimes. see you guys in 8 days!

An edge pan!! Now that's what I call yummy. Dang, makes me want to make brownies too! I love the edge!

I just saw an add for this in one of my cooking magazines and put it on my list of christmas gifts for john and my sis in law. they both love edges, but i prefer the middle, i like the middle brownie and the middle cinnamon roll. poor alex, he and i are the only ones who like the middles, and he never get them... because i am the mom:) hehe.
